Vân Đồn () is a district (huyện) of Quang Ninh Province in the northeastern region of Vietnam.
As of 2003 the district had a population of 39,157.[1] The district covers an area of 551 km². The district capital lies at Cai Rong.[1]
Cái Rồng, Ðông Xá, Hạ Long, Bình Dân, Ðoàn Kết, Ðài Xuyên, Vạn Yên, Minh Châu, Quan Lạn, Ngọc Vừng, Bản Sen, Thắng Lợi.
